Sam's Club

Good location off Ring Road for stocking up on household bulk items and groceries. Parking lot gets busy on weekends, but using the app on your phone makes getting in and out much faster. Store stays clean and well-stocked, and the fuel station is convenient on the way out.

Been a Sam's Club Plus member for many many years and its the first time was treated as if members don't matter. For over a year I been getting meat cut to specific depth from the meat department at Sam's and they did it wonderfully. Today went to get pork belly cut at 1/4" depth versus the 1/2" they have cut. Got told that this past week "corporate" informed them they could no longer cut meet for customers(members) only to cut the meet for their production quotas as they were not charging extra to support members so it was hurting their bottom line. Total disregard for loyal members and only about their own pockets. So unless changes occur, they will lose a over 10 year loyal member because I will take my loyalty to somewhere else that will cut meat to specific customer (members) wishes. Remember management and corporate who makes you all rich. Its the members.

The employees are always happy and super helpful and the price of gas at the pump was .40 cents cheaper then the surrounding stations. Ive yet to have a negative experience at Sam's Club. Keep Up the Good Work Guys.

The food stand has been terrible. This is the 2nd time I go there for something and when I get to the front of the line, mind you it was to the bathrooms the guy tells me they don’t have any. This time it was the soft serve machines were out. It would be nice if a sign is placed saying something. Last time it was the pretzels they weren’t making any. Get it together Sam’s and put a sign so people don’t waste their time.

Have Sam's plus but barely ever get cases of the Sam's 40 pack of water. 6 pallets were very visible from the back. Ask employee if any by chance was being brought put. Someone told him all of them were already purchased by someone? What's the point of a membership? I drive 35 mins to get to Sam's...but online orders next to front door had cases of Sam water attached to orders? Not the first time this has happened....gas is too high to waste a trip!
